1. Product Information

All items are handmade/illustrated and may vary slightly in color or size due to screen display or production. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Payment is required at checkout and processed securely via third-party platforms. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping

We ship from India. Estimated delivery times and shipping policies are outlined in our Shipping FAQ. Please ensure your address is correct while ordering.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your tracked order arrives damaged or there is an issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Untracked orders that are lost in transit cannot be refunded.

6. Digital Downloads

All digital products are for personal use only and are non-refundable. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and content on this site are original and copyrighted by Diyadoo. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these policies occasionally. Please check this page regularly for any changes.

We do not store or have access to your payment information — all payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except for services directly involved in order fulfillment (e.g. shipping providers).

Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Methods

We offer two types of shipping for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping (Untracked): This is a more affordable option. Please note that we do not provide tracking details for this method.
  • Tracked Shipping: For added security, we provide tracking numbers with this option, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and ship it within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping method and location:

  • Within India:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Tracked Shipping: 7-30 business days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.

4. Free Shipping

  • India: Free tracked shipping for orders above ₹500
  • International: Free tracked shipping for orders above ₹5000 INR (approx. $59 USD)

Available only to select countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Japan, UAE, Malaysia, South Korea, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland.

❌ We currently do not ship to the UK or EU (including countries like Germany and Portugal) due to VAT regulations.

5. Customs Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

6. Lost or Delayed Items

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for items that are delayed or lost in transit. If you have selected tracked shipping, we will do our best to assist in locating your parcel.

  • For untracked orders, we cannot offer any refunds or replacements for lost packages.
  • For tracked orders, if your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will help in locating it.

7. Packaging

We take care to package your items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Stickers and other flat products are shipped in rigid mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
